Nordic Simplicity – Cooking from the Heart of Scandinavia
In the Nordic kitchen, less is more: pure flavors, seasonal ingredients, and a deep respect for nature. In this welcoming English-language class, you’ll create traditional dishes that feel both comforting and exciting: silky salmon soup, buttery Hasselback potatoes, artful open-faced sandwiches, crisp red cabbage salad, and two sweet surprises with wild berries.
You’ll learn not just recipes, but the spirit behind them — the love for simple pleasures and the beauty of sharing a meal.
Come with curiosity. Leave with new skills, full hands, and a full heart ❤️.

🧑🍳 About Your Instructor: Dunya Molchanova
Dunya Molchanova was born in Moscow and has lived in Berlin since 2019. She grew up in a large family where food and cooking were central to both festive moments and everyday life. From an early age, she found joy in the kitchen — a space of creativity, warmth, and connection.
Although she holds a degree in philology and worked as a journalist, her true passion has always been food. That passion eventually led her to change paths and pursue a full-time career in the culinary world.
Her travels through Scandinavia sparked a deep love for simple, seasonal ingredients and the calm, honest beauty of Nordic flavors. In her cooking classes, Dunya shares this spirit with her guests — inviting them into a kitchen where food is not complicated, but meaningful.
